✦ Prompt Studio models

Each model has a trigger word — the trained token that has to appear in the prompt text, or the picture comes back with the wrong face and nothing tells you. The id is what the Body-Forward engine looks up; an id it does not recognise falls back to Mateo silently, so these two are not interchangeable.

🪡 Your machines

Tell the atelier what you sew and embroider with. The production engine uses this to route each step — machine-embroider vs. hand-stitch — and to flag when a design won't fit your hoop.

🏷️ Manage tags

Rename a tag and it updates everywhere it's used — every tagged piece, the Vault filter, and the picker. Sorted by how often each one is used, the same order the picker sorts by.

⬇️ Export your records

Downloads one .json file containing every record in your vault — all your pieces with their titles, types, statuses, notes and tags, plus your collections, projects, Maker Plans, Build Sheets, prompts and machines. Your image files are not in it. They live in Supabase Storage, which is far too large to pull through a browser tab — the file lists every image's storage path instead, and the steps below fetch the pictures themselves.

How to download your image files

Supabase only runs automated backups on paid plans, and even those exclude Storage files — so nothing is copying your images anywhere. Run this occasionally. It needs the Supabase CLI installed once.

  1. Sign the CLI in to your account: supabase login
  2. Point it at this project: supabase link --project-ref jbznoyhhddywuwshcdjr
  3. Confirm the bucket's address — this prints the exact form to use next: supabase storage ls --experimental --linked
  4. Pull every file into a folder on your Mac: supabase storage cp -r ss:///sparkle-vault ./sparkle-vault-backup --experimental --linked

Note the scheme is ss://, not s3:// — the CLI uses its own address form. If step 4 rejects the path, use exactly what step 3 printed. --experimental is still required; Supabase may drop it once the storage commands are stable.

🛠️ Advanced

One-time import of your original pre-rebuild catalog (old patches, garments, materials, archive, builds) into the Sparkle Vault. Your old data is kept as a backup and is not deleted. Safe to run more than once — you've most likely already done this.

🖼️ Thumbnails

Speeds up your galleries and cuts data usage by giving older images a small preview thumbnail. This only adds thumbnails — your original images are never changed. Safe to run more than once; anything that already has a thumbnail is skipped. Keep this tab open while it runs.
